Happy New Year from The Marks Law Firm!

Happy New Year! I wanted to take this opportunity to talk about what we hope and expect for 2014, as well as, to reflect on some of the successes from 2013.

Last year was our first full year in our new home at 733 North Magnolia Ave. in our historic 1920’s house in “Uptown” Orlando. We were also blessed with the addition of three new key players to our team at the Firm. Debbie Cunningham joined us in January 2013 as our “Director of First Impressions”. She sits up front, greets our guests, answers the phone and is in charge of many responsibilities. Also joining us in January 2013 is my wife, Linda Marks who handles financial matters and helps out where ever else she is needed. Finally, Jason Walker joined the Firm in October as our “Director of Operations”. He has been another great addition to the team.

I believe 2014 will be a year of growth and team building at The Marks Law Firm so that we can increase our level and scope of service to our clients. In addition to Family Law, we have added Bankruptcy, Appeals and Criminal Defense to our areas of practice. We have been blessed with great friends and referral sources, as well as, great clients. I see that continuing to grow and improve in 2014.

We also seek to continue our involvement and contributions to community needs and activities. We want to grow in the Firm’s leadership by investing in the personal growth and development of each of our team members. We also want to invest in the lives of our clients to help them see there is a light at the end of the tunnel for their family, as we help them navigate through their cases.

We look forward to serving and caring for our clients, friends of the Firm and each other in 2014. Have a great year!
